Closer to the conference additional information and app download instructions will be sent to the email address you used to register.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). E-transfers and e-payment sites like PayPal are not available. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
All fees are subject to GST.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the BWC Organizers at banffwesternconnection@buksa.com on or before December 23, 2024 in order to receive a refund.
A $200.00 (plus GST) cancellation fee will apply to all paid conference registrations.
Any cancellations made after December 23, 2024 will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for Northern Radiance Gala, Opening Reception or Board Leaders Day tickets at any time.

Yes! We offer a Full Guest Pass that allows you to bring an additional person who can participate in the reception, all meals and tradeshow events for the duration of the weekend, ancillary events (with registration), and the Northern Radiance Gala. This pass does not allow access to the sessions.

No, the conference pass only covers access to the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation. Hotels can be booked at a discounted rate via the link provided in your confirmation email after registration.

Booking links for each of the hotels will be provided to you in your confirmation email after you register for the conference.

Room booking links will be provided in your confirmation email upon completion of your conference registration.
BWC2025 has secured a room block with special rates at 5 different stay options during the conference.

We recommend securing your accommodations as soon as possible as space is limited. Room are available on a first come, first serve basis. Booking links are provided in the confirmation email after you register for the conference.

Attendees are not required to stay on site and passes are valid for re-entry. Banff Western Connection has partnered with select hotels in Banff to provide discounted rates to attendees. Booking links will be provided after registration.

Yes, you can book multiple hotel rooms using the booking links provided on the confirmation page/in your confirmation email after registering for the conference.

If you’d like to book hotel rooms at the Fairmont Banff Springs for a group, you can email BSH.GroupServices@Fairmont.com.

The Northern Radiance Gala will take place on Saturday, January 25 from 6:00-11:00 PM at the Fairmont Banff Springs Ballroom for an unforgettable night featuring legendary comedian Jay Leno. Enjoy laughter, celebration, and connection. Gala tickets are not included with the single day or full day conference passes.

Please note: You must purchase a conference pass (Single or Full Conference Pass) in order to purchase a gala ticket. A maximum of 2 gala tickets can be purchased per conference pass.

To purchase Gala tickets, you must first register for either a Full Conference Pass or a Single Day Pass.
During registration, you will have the option to buy up to two Gala tickets.
Alternatively, you can purchase a Full Guest Pass which includes a ticket to the Northern Radiance Gala, but does not include access to sessions.

Registration for the National Leadership Program at the Banff Western Connection 2025 is now available on the Learning Hub. Separate registration is required
The National Leadership Program (NLP) is designed to equip future association leaders with industry knowledge, communication skills, and the confidence to lead.
Our online course for Leadership 100: On the Path to Leadership is available for free on CREA’s Learning Hub and must be completed before attending the other courses.
We are offering the following NLP courses in-person at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta:

Banff Western Connection officially begins with the Thursday Night Reception on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Day one begins with registration and breakfast at 8AM on Friday, January 24, 2025.
Sessions will run on day one and day two of the conference which will begin at 8AM and conclude around 6PM with coffee and lunch breaks throughout the day.
The event will conclude with the Northern Radiance Gala from 6pm to 11pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025.

Yes, as long as you have registered and have your name badge, you are welcome to leave & re-enter the conference as you please.
